My name is Astrid, and I am 64 years old.
Been a widow for about 5 years now, I lost my husband 5 years ago.
All this time a lot of sadness, pain, and uncertainty had. But this year I said, I really hope I don't have to be left alone anymore. I have, of course, my lovely children, grandchildren. But I really miss the love and warmth of a man.
Walking together, drinking coffee, those moments are sometimes very lonely.
I enjoy doing a lot of things, I am not a woman who likes to sit still.
I myself am still working in a retirement home, to give people a pleasant day, and drinking coffee together. Do you see yourself in this, and do you still see yourself enjoying together?
